DCF-3 Dust Cup Filter 71738A4

This item is exactly the same as DCF-3 Dust Cup Filter 68903, but at only half the price! Makes no sense, but I will take a deal when I see it. Works very well.

I bought the filter because the vacuum wasn't picking up debris. The filter is great and filters as it suggests, but the vacuum still isn't picking up debris. I spoke to a repair person who told me none of the bagless vacuums are any good and I really need to go back to a bagged vacuum.
