Very prompt shipping, received products quickly. Easy to put the two machines together. Haven't had a chance to run the machines much yet, seems to do a good job. The real test with these two we be how durable they are over time in our work environment.

This is definitely a quality vacuum. The suction on this thing is unreal! It "combs" the carpet with it's beater brush. You can definitely tell if you miss an area of your carpet! I love all the air filters on this thing and it's so QUIET! Very nice. Glad I bought one, just wish I would have earlier!

Well built vacuum and does the job great.

Upside: cleans really well, easy to use, and a long cable

Downside: not as quiet as they claim and it's a little heavy

This machine was purchased for municipal housekeeping, and purchased again to replace what seemed to be a worn machine, and because we already had all of the filters and accessories. Both machines, the old and the new one, behaved in EXACTLY the same manner. Be also aware that the crew here at the municipality blows out the machine and the filters after each and every use.

Let's start with noise: Quiet clean: between the sound of the motor and rattling, the decibel level requires ear plugs. The streets crew knows I am vacuuming the office way back in the garage. After about a half hour of sweeping, my ears hurt.

Sanitaire: implies it sweeps cleanly - it throws so much dust, by the time the job is finished the entire vacuum is covered in dust: the windows, the ledges, desks, equipment, all covered in dust. This is not to say that there is not plenty of dust in the cannister, it just blows a good quantity all over the place as well.

Power: questionable as the cannister does fill with quite a bit of dirt, however with the crew in and out of the office space, little rocks are often left behind and the vacuum just keeps tossing them around until the machine is turned off. Then there is a pile of debris left that needs to be swept up a different way. (We have switched to a regular household vacuum and it does pick up the little rocks and it leaves no debris when shut off.) Restating that the machine is cleared of debris after each and every use, so there are no blockages that would prevent the debris from entering the cannister.

Cleaning: to open the cannister to empty the contents requires a tremendous amount of strength and have had to just leave all of it to the crew.

Conclusion: This vacuum just creates a lot of extra cleaning around the office and is too much work to maintain. It will remain in its place unused beside the vacuum that actually works.

I bought this machine for a church - I am the property coordinator. I think it worked quite well for many months. Then one day there was not electricity - it did not turn on. Nothing. I thought the return was going well. They gave me advice on packing it up and a free shipping label. Off it went. But as of right now they are claiming it did not arrive and that I did not use the shipping label. I can say with certainty this machine was picked up and off it went. Now we are down the money spent buying this machine. No broken machine and no replacement either.
